Refund Policy

We only exchange or refund for faulty and damaged products if the customer notifies us within seven days after receiving the item. Apart from this, we do not exchange or refund on the items due to some issues like the nature of the products and hygiene.

Once we receive the product, we will conduct a thorough inspection before we notify our customer saying we have received the said item. Our team will inspect the product to make it eligible for refund or exchange. Your appeal for the refund or exchange can be rejected if our team find the product ineligible for the provision. Once approved, the paid amount of the product will be refunded to the given bank details within a few business days.

If the customers notice any problem with the product after receiving it, we request them to notify us immediately. We suggest the customers return the product using a reputed delivery service, as this will ensure proper care of the product during transit reducing the chances of damage. Customers returning our products from a non-European destination should avoid using courier services, as it can be expensive. We do not accept return items sent through courier services or charge its fees to the customers.

Before you send the item to us, make sure the cost of the delivery service is listed as “Zero” with a label called “Returned Goods”, as we do not parcels that come with duty fees.
